can actually make you hungrier than you were to begin with - so
you eat more. Just avoid all sodas.
Second, get out and exercise. By increasing your activity level,
you will speed up your metabolism. That means you will burn more
calories - even when you are at rest. (Not only that, but if you
are exercising, you are not at home eating!)
Third, drink plenty of water. Not only will the water help keep
you feeling full, but it will also help keep your electrolyte
levels steady. If you are not properly hydrated, your metabolism
will slow down - which makes it harder to lose weight. Drink 6 -
8 glasses of water per day in order to stay hydrated. (Drink
more if you are in the heat or are exercising.)
By following these tips, you will have found the quickest ways
to lose weight. Simply cutting out sodas can help you drop up to
5 pounds in the first week alone! Stick to your eating and
exercise plan and you will be on the way to a lighter, healthier
you.
